Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication

Precision sheet metal fabrication covers a full suite of sheet-metal operations — heavy plate processing, laser cutting, CNC bending, pressing & riveting, precision welding, grinding and wire drawing, liquid painting and powder coating. We specialize in both thin and thick metal plate custom manufacturing — a high-efficiency metal forming process that shapes finished components from raw metal sheets.

Our Sheet-Metal Services

Chassis & Cabinet Manufacturing

Chassis and cabinet fabrication delivers robust equipment cabinets, machine housings, frames and safety guards with premium surface quality. We support both conventional thin plate and heavy thick plate structural customization. If you need custom equipment enclosures and flexible order volumes, our sheet-metal service delivers the solution.

Brackets, Bases & Special-Shaped Sheet Metal Parts

We produce custom brackets, mounting bases and irregular sheet-metal structural components for industrial applications, including thick plate load-bearing structural parts. Our technicians manufacture complex parts without dedicated custom moulds. Our setup adapts easily to diverse shapes and project requirements for great overall flexibility.

Materials

We fabricate sheet-metal components from a wide selection of metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet, cold-rolled steel, aluminum sheet and copper sheet. We support stable processing for both thin sheets and heavy thick plates.Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

FAQs

What are your laser cutting capabilities?

Our fiber laser cutting system handles maximum material thickness of 60mm with work area up to 10000mm × 2000mm. This applies across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass—achievable thickness varies by material and cut quality requirements. Positioning accuracy: ±0.05mm. Typical cutting tolerance: ±0.1mm for thin plate, ±0.2mm for thick plate. Cut samples provided for your evaluation.

What bending capabilities do you have after laser cutting?

Following laser cutting, our CNC press brake bending handles carbon steel up to 20mm, stainless steel up to 16mm, and aluminum up to 16mm, with maximum bending length of 6000mm. Laser cutting and bending operate as integrated processes—cut profiles are optimized for smooth production. Minimum flange height and inside bend radius depend on material grade and thickness; we review all designs to ensure manufacturability before production.

What surface finishes do you offer, and how do you control cosmetic quality?

Available finishes: powder coating, wet painting, electroplating (zinc, nickel, chrome), anodizing (aluminum), brushing, polishing, passivation. For visible parts, we implement protective handling, standardized lighting inspection, and protective film application before shipment. Standard RAL colors available; custom color matching supported.

How do you ensure parts meet our drawings?

Our standard process includes: (1) Design review for production feasibility;

(2) First-article sample with dimensional report for approval;

(3) In-process checks at each stage;

(4) Final inspection per drawing tolerances;

(5) Inspection report and material certificate included with shipment.

Can you produce samples before full production? How long does it take?

Samples available for all new designs. Typical lead time: 5–10 working days (sheet metal), 7–15 days (machined components), depending on complexity. We provide photo confirmation and dimensional report before mass production. Sample cost deducted from first production order.
