Materials & Thickness
We work with the most common enclosure materials, from standard cold-rolled steel to food-grade stainless and lightweight aluminum. Typical thickness 0.8–3.0mm, with large equipment enclosures up to 4–6mm.

Cold-Rolled Steel
SPCC / DC01 grade, the most widely used enclosure material. Excellent formability and paint adhesion, finished with powder coating for corrosion protection and a clean industrial look.

Stainless Steel
304 for general corrosion resistance; 316 for food, medical and harsh-environment applications. Brushed or bead-blasted finish, no coating needed — cleanable and durable.

Manufacturing Process
From flat sheet to fully assembled enclosure — six controlled steps ensure dimensional accuracy, clean appearance and reliable protection.
Laser Cutting
Fiber laser cutting delivers precise flat patterns with clean, burr-free edges. Holes, cutouts, ventilation slots and mounting positions are cut to exact dimensions — critical for proper hinge and lock alignment in the final assembly.

CNC Bending
CNC press brakes form flat sheets into accurate 3D enclosure bodies with consistent bend angles. Precise bending ensures square corners, flat panels and proper fit between the main body, doors and removable covers.

Welding & Riveting
Internal brackets, mounting studs, grounding points and reinforcement ribs are welded or riveted in place. Welds are ground smooth on visible surfaces to ensure a flawless appearance after coating — while maintaining structural strength.

Grinding & Deburring
Every edge, weld and corner is ground and deburred to remove sharp edges, weld spatter and tool marks. This step is essential for enclosure safety — no sharp edges for installers, and a smooth substrate for consistent coating adhesion.

Surface Finishing
Powder coating for cold-rolled steel enclosures (durable, scratch-resistant, wide color range); brushing or bead blasting for stainless steel; anodizing for aluminum. Silk-screen printing and labels are applied after coating for a professional, durable finish.

Assembly
Hinges, locks, gaskets, sealing strips, cable glands and mounting hardware are installed. Each enclosure is fully fitted and inspected — doors open and close smoothly, panels align perfectly, and all hardware is torqued to specification before packaging.

FAQs
Our fiber laser cutting system handles maximum material thickness of 60mm with work area up to 10000mm × 2000mm. This applies across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass—achievable thickness varies by material and cut quality requirements. Positioning accuracy: ±0.05mm. Typical cutting tolerance: ±0.1mm for thin plate, ±0.2mm for thick plate. Cut samples provided for your evaluation.
Following laser cutting, our CNC press brake bending handles carbon steel up to 20mm, stainless steel up to 16mm, and aluminum up to 16mm, with maximum bending length of 6000mm. Laser cutting and bending operate as integrated processes—cut profiles are optimized for smooth production. Minimum flange height and inside bend radius depend on material grade and thickness; we review all designs to ensure manufacturability before production.
Available finishes: powder coating, wet painting, electroplating (zinc, nickel, chrome), anodizing (aluminum), brushing, polishing, passivation. For visible parts, we implement protective handling, standardized lighting inspection, and protective film application before shipment. Standard RAL colors available; custom color matching supported.
Our standard process includes: (1) Design review for production feasibility;
(2) First-article sample with dimensional report for approval;
(3) In-process checks at each stage;
(4) Final inspection per drawing tolerances;
(5) Inspection report and material certificate included with shipment.
Samples available for all new designs. Typical lead time: 5–10 working days (sheet metal), 7–15 days (machined components), depending on complexity. We provide photo confirmation and dimensional report before mass production. Sample cost deducted from first production order.
